Video Editor/Motion Graphics/After Effects
The Video Editor/After Effects motion graphics artist must have experience with compositing, motion graphics, and editing. He/she must have a strong sense of design and be skillful in the broad cross-section of genres and styles. This includes, but is not limited to, narrative, historical, motivational, documentary and training videos. The editor/animator must have excellent Final Cut Pro and After Effects skills and have the Photoshop and Illustrator skills that compliment editing and motion graphics. He/she must be detailed oriented, organized, and able to estimate required post-production time, work under tight deadlines, and have excellence communication skills. The Editor/Animator will provide optimal service while maximizing quality control and division profitability. Project Manager
The Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates all delivery-related activities of mid to large-scale and/or Tier 2 client engagements under direct supervision. Production Assistant
The Assistant to the Producer is an administrator who works closely with producers throughout the production process. They are involved at the pre-production stage through to post production and marketing and distribution. They must be well organized, flexible, and have a good overview of the production process. The producer will determine their responsibilities throughout the production on a day to day basis. Their tasks may include writing coverage on scripts, drafting letters, making phone calls, running an office, interviewing personnel, coordinating the fundraising process, assisting with duties on and off set, liaising between the producer and the post production team, and helping to prepare publicity materials. They may also be asked to help with copyright, arranging meetings and events, and managing money. As well as excellent organizational and administrative skills, script reading skills, experience with script writing software, and knowledge of the film industry is an advantage. Photographer

He/she must be able to work within various corporate style guidelines, handle a fast-paced environment, and deliver assignments according to agreed upon timelines. Candidates must have strong computer skills including Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and demonstrate ability to interject unique, creative flair to communications. The Copywriter is responsible for collaborating with the creative team to identifying key points and crafting messages for a variety of scriptwriting assignments. He/she must be able to create and/or convert copy from related printed materials to other forms of communications (i.e., interviews, e-mail, web pages, etc.), and deliver assignments according to agreed upon timelines. Candidates must have strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel and demonstrate excellent creative writing, editing, and proofreading ability.
